We provide digital and business support services, including:

  • Learning platforms (LMS)
  • Digital design and graphics
  • Business support and admin
  • Excel and data reporting
  • Social media graphics
  • Monthly support packages
  • Ad-hoc support
  • Consultations via Calendly

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website
  • Interfere with its security or operation
  • Use the Website in a way that harms our business or other users

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Website where misuse is detected.

3. Information on the Website

We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and updated.
However:

  • Content is provided for general information only
  • Descriptions, prices, availability, or examples may change without notice
  • Portfolio examples may include external links for demonstration purposes only

We are not responsible for third-party content or websites.

4. Consultations and Bookings

Consultations booked through Calendly are non-binding and offered for general guidance only.

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a consultation where necessary.

5. Services and Agreements

Before any paid work begins, clients will receive a written agreement or proposal outlining:

  • Scope of work
  • Deliverables
  • Timeline
  • Price and payment schedule
  • Responsibilities of both parties

Work will begin once the client has confirmed the agreement in writing.

6. Payments

All prices are in GBP (£).

6.1 Project-based services

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50 percent) is required before work begins
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final delivery or launch
  • Deposits are non-transferable

6.2 Monthly support packages

  • Payment is due in advance of each month
  • Hours do not roll over unless explicitly agreed
  • Additional hours are billed at the current hourly rate (£40/hour unless otherwise stated)

6.3 Ad-hoc support

  • Charged at the hourly rate
  • Minimum billing unit is 1 hour unless specified

Failure to pay may result in pausing or terminating services.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required to deliver services
  • Supply content (text, images, branding) unless otherwise agreed
  • Ensure they hold rights to all materials they provide
  • Review drafts, demos, or prototypes within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in providing materials may extend timelines.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

8.1 Websites and digital projects

Ownership transfers to the client after full payment.
Until then, all materials remain the property of GAPI Hub.

8.2 Design files and templates

Unless purchased as a standalone product, source files (e.g., Canva templates, editable design files) remain owned by GAPI Hub unless provided explicitly.

8.3 Portfolio rights

We may showcase anonymised or finished work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Revisions and Changes

Packages include a defined number of revisions.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Significant functional changes (e.g., adding WooCommerce, LMS, new features) will be treated as additional work.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

10.1 Project work

Deposits are non-refundable.
If a client cancels after work has begun:

  • Work completed to date must be paid for
  • Any remaining balance may be waived at our discretion

10.2 Support packages

  • Monthly packages are non-refundable
  • The client may cancel future months with at least 14 days’ notice

10.3 Consultations

Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty.

11. Website Hosting and Third-Party Tools

We do not provide hosting directly.
Client responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining their hosting plan, domain, and subscriptions
  • Ensuring third-party services (e.g., plugins, themes, email providers) remain active

We are not liable for:

  • Hosting failures
  • Plugin updates causing issues
  • Third-party service downtime

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by delays or missing information from the client
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or matters where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using this Website, you agree to the terms of that Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be posted on this page.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
